This past weekend we held our Masters Recertification and Promotion Test and Masters and Black Belt Seminar.  Thank you to all those who participated, and I hope you all returned safely to your home and families.   I hear from many people how they felt tired and sore at the end.  This makes me happy to hear because it shows me that people trained very hard.  Remember to be mindful of your stance when you practice Tang Soo Do, and when you teach your students, pay attention to your students' stance.

Although I saw several senior masters who may not be able to punch as hard as they once could or kick or jump as high as they once could,  I am still proud that they show how much Tang Soo Do and the ITF means to them just by showing up and trying as hard as they can.  Please always take care of your health. 

​

As I also said, please visit and see your parents.  Your parents don't want anything from you, except just to see you and physically spend time with you.   

​

I would like to give news of our postponed 1st Annual International Tang Soo Do Federation School Owners and Instructors Conference.  The conference and training has been rescheduled for October 9-10, 2026 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.  As we near the event, I will send to everyone additional details and hotel accommodations.  I am excited and looking forward to seeing everyone again.
