About
The International Tang Soo Do Federation™ World Championship is a four day experience that includes a Tournament, Seminars, Dan Promotion Tests, Recertification Tests and an Awards Dinner. International Tang Soo Do Federation members throughout the world come together during this exciting time to gain more knowledge and practice authentic Tang Soo Do, both physically and mentally.
In 2023 the Federation is excited to be holding its 17th World Championship in Washington, D.C., United States.

World Championship Demonstrations
"Tang Soo Masters and Instructors! This is your Choong Jae Nim. As you know, I am very excited and enthusiastic about the 17th World Championship in a few weeks. I am especially excited to see you, your students, and families!
During the World Championship, I like to have those from outside the United States to do a demonstration. However, sometimes time does not allow for me to have everyone do a demonstration. So, I would like to ask you if you are interested in doing a demonstration. If so, you must let me know what the demonstration is and who will be doing the demonstration. It should be no more than 2 minutes long.
From your request, I will decide which ones are the best representation and allowed for the time we have for Saturday demonstrations. Tang Soo!

If you have already registered, you can easily add these new divisions at the World Championship.
Please note, you may have to pay an additional $5 depending on how many events you have already registered and paid for.
PLEASE NOTE
There will NOT be any black belt promotion exams or recertifications at the World Championship.
Only MASTERS examinations and recertifications will be held.
We are excited many people are coming to the World Championship.
Unfortunately, there are no more rooms available at the Grand Hyatt at the discounted ITF rate.
You can now book rooms at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill at a discounted ITF rate of $199 per night.
Otherwise, any other rooms available at the Grand Hyatt will be at their regular rates.

The Awards Banquet is an evening where select International Tang Soo Do Federation members are recognized for their achievements and dedication in authentic Tang Soo Do. Please join your fellow International Tang Soo Do Federation associates in celebrating their accomplishments.
